Q. Describe a Recent Project You Are Fond Of. How Long Did It Take?

A. In the city of Philadelphia, a rehab was under construction with another contractor. The owner realized early on that the contractor wasn’t reliable but felt it was too late to switch. However, after major licensing and inspection issues, she had to cut her losses and find someone else. We were recommended to her, and initially, she was only going to give a portion of the rehab.
